Little Hearts is a child care and development center founded with the idea that all children should be given the opportunity to enjoy quality learning and be part of a creative and innovative learning experience. We believe that quality early childhood education can be achieved through effective teaching and continuous coordination with and involvement of the parents.
Choosing the right care provider for your child is a difficult decision for any parent to make. We recognize the importance of parents feeling secure in the knowledge that their children are in safe and caring hands. At Little Hearts, our aim is to provide a safe, secure and warm environment for your children, where they are offered the required tools enabling them to reach their full developmental potential in a relaxed and enjoyable way. Little Hearts curriculum provides the appropriate programs intended to achieve the center's educational objectives.
Little Hearts Teachers
At Little hearts we recruit staff with passion, enthusiasm and a never-ending commitment to the children. Parents are always assured that their child is happy, because their interests were nurtured, and their individuality respected. Our teachers and caregivers are selected based on their knowledge of early childhood education, professional experience and their love for children.
Little Hearts is committed to training and developing the capable staff we recruit. Our teachers are trained not only to master our programs and to follow our policies for safety, discipline, nutrition, and parent participation in the learning process but also to keep our employees up to date on the latest childcare developments, policies and procedures, and to empower and inspire them, so they have the knowledge and vision to deliver the best possible care to your children. Teachers are required to complete a minimum of 15 credit hours of professional development trainings per calendar year.
All our teachers are required to have the following before they start working with us:
* A Sheriffs Card (requiring state mandated background checks)
* A Health Card (requiring medical clearance),
